Blazing Canons

It’s always amazing to know someone as a kid and then watch them grow into a parent and successful adult.  That is the case with Audrey.  She has beauty and brains and gumption.  She is serving in our Air Force and is a fantastic mom.  She has excelled in so many ways and is quite inspiring.

Audrey~ I’m so glad I got to photograph you & Logan!  And we even got your mom to join in for a few!  It was great to spend that little bit of time with “ya’ll”- as your mom would say.  :)  I’m so proud of you!  Keep up the good work & thank you for your service!  ~Jaime

Adventurous Abbie

I love when people are willing to drive to the maybe not-so-glamorous Ajo, AZ just to give me the privilege of doing photos for them.  Nothing gives me a greater compliment.  That was the case with Abbie.  I am so glad she was adventurous enough to visit a new place & take a small road trip with her parents, just because they had seen a little of my work.  Thanks guys!

Abbie~  I’m so glad you brought your great blue guitar and I’m glad we found the missing blue bus.  haha!  I’m also grateful that the owners were so nice to share their bus with us.  Thanks for trusting me and rolling with my craziness.  I wish you all the best as you head to the South for your higher education.  Thank you for the opportunity!  I enjoyed meeting your family!   ~Jaime

Oh Susanna!

In less than 2 weeks, Susanna will be AHS alumni along with her classmates.  Many of these kids have grown up together since Kindergarten and Tots.  Now they join the adult world.  What a great class 2011 is!  I can see them becoming good, contributing members of society.  Kids I am happy to know and watch grow up.  Susanna and her fellow seniors are kids that make our home town proud.

Susanna~  I wish you so much love, peace & happiness in your lifetime.  You and your wonderful class will be missed.  You all seem to set a high standard and contributed well during your 4 years at AHS.  Thanks to you and your mom for the fun shoot we had.  You are a radiant girl.  May you use your beauty and all the talents you’ve been blessed with for good things as you pursue your dreams!  I know you’ll do great!  ~Jaime

The Fireman

So I’ve known Chad since he was just a little guy.  When he asked me to do his Sr. Pics, I was honored.  He is going to college to study Fire Science.  I thought it was appropriate that I post this picture I took of him on Halloween about 9 years ago…

Chad,  It has been a pleasure watching you grow into the fine young man you’ve become.  I know your parents are so proud of you and they should be.  I wish you happiness & all the best as you move into adulthood.  I’ll look forward to seeing you around when you come back to visit.  Be safe & live life to the fullest!  May God richly bless you!  ~Jaime

Almita

Alma…. where do I begin?  Oh man, editing these photos kept me laughing out loud.  Alma is nothing short of hilarious.  There was photo after photo of Alma laughing with her mouth wide open.  She must have millions of endorphins running through her veins from all her laughter.  Even though I had to delete a lot of silly shots, Alma is incredibly beautiful and gave me many delightful shots too.  She has these brilliant green eyes, adorable dimples, and a perfect complexion with pretty freckles.  Alma is a delightful person.  My kids love when she babysits and after this shoot, I can understand why.  She’s funny and sweet.

Alma~  You are a crazy girl.  That is all I have to say.  ~Jaime

Alma,  I’m totally kidding.  Of course I have more to say to you…  I think you have a wonderful personality and I loved doing your pics for you.  Thanks for letting me!  I wish you all the best as you take on your dreams and goals.  Keep smiling and laughing because it’s contagious.  Much love to you girlie!  ~Jaime
